A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return: Within 3 days of receiving your order.
• State of return: Unopened food product.
• Reason for return: Damaged product must be photographed otherwise a return or refund is prohibited. For wrong items, a photo is required, once submitted and approved... GuySpice will send you the correct product and you can keep the incorrect item.
• Process for return: Use the contact us page and reference your order ID.
• Process of refund: Any refunds when approved will be refunded within 7-14 business days of receiving the product and/or providing photographic evidence.
